MWF Storage Life

Does the composition of MWFs change with storage ? Why does the shelf life of MWF is short comparing to ordinary lubricants ?

I have a couple of barrels of Blasocut 2000 from 2004 (expired in 2006) which I hate to waste - are they useful ? will it damage my equipment ?

Dear Peter,

Mostly biocides “go away” or become neutralized in a concentrate over time, also depending on product there maybe 15-20 ingredients and they will settle or phase out over time, and change in solubility and HLB values which will cause fluid not to mix with water well or to have Bio problems.
