One of the most respected names in the Metalworking Fluid Industry is Blaser Swisslube. Over the years Blaser has developed numerous products and formulations to meet demanding application needs. Blaser seems, unfortunately, reluctant to provide a single product application chart that gives the End User the big picture over their product line. Blaser prefers to rely heavily on technician attention to individual user needs for recommendations. This is a service oriented approach, but it leaves the End User who wants to quickly compare products in the dark. We strongly prefer charts as a starting point for End Users, who expect to be able to use the web to quickly initiate their own research.  We are developing a stricter testing method for these sites, but in summary, we are disappointed here.  The website is inadequate as a useful resource for the End User.

We summarize the families of Blaser products for our End Users here, as the website does provide some useful detail as to materials and operations.  You will need to check their website and be ready to click around for more details on the several products within the families.  Watch for our video interviews with members of Blaser management next month.
