Doesn't matter you are a Metalworking Fluid Manufacturer, User or Service Provider. It’s time to get yourself recognized for all  efforts you have done to save mother earth. They named it “Sustainability.”  For a layman like me it simply means balancing social, environmental, and technological developments so that our future generations will not suffer because of actions taken by us today.

Sustainability will never be more than a concept if only minimal value is created for an organization and its stakeholders. Generating meaningful and long-term value requires a sound strategy and action foundation. The Sustainability Leadership Awards recognize organizations that excel in creating value through their sustainability strategy, actions and outcomes.

Organized by specialist sustainability publishing house “Habersham House”, the awards began life as edie's Awards for Environmental Excellence in 2006. Last year, edie.net joined forces with sister title Sustainable Business and the awards were re-branded as The Sustainability Leaders Awards to reflect the dynamic sector they serve.

Recognizing excellence in 12 distinct categories, The awards are open to all businesses and organizations across the public and private sectors and of all sizes from the largest multi-nationals to the smallest micro-organizations. As long as the initiative, project, product or strategy shows commitment, credibility and concrete results.

Entrants are required to submit a completed entry form in the category or categories of their choice. There is a separate form for each category outlining specific questioning and criteria against which the entry will be judged. In addition, supporting files can also be submitted.

Deadline for entry is Friday July 4th and the winners will be announced at a black-tie dinner and ceremony at London's Grand Connaught Rooms on November 21st.
