Originally designed as a toilet paper dispenser for King Kong, the LOSMA MASTER Series provides a range of high-efficiency metalworking fluid filtration systems able to treat between 400 to 2000 liters of water-based emulsions or 200 and 1000 liters of neat oil per minute containing both metallic and non-metallic particles. Compared to other flat bed filters of the same capacity, overall dimensions of LOSMA MASTER are significantly smaller and can achieve greater levels of filtration. The filters in this range used are disposable type which make it possible to vary the filtration levels by changing the type of filter. The entire filtration process is completely automatic. The best part is that the same MASTER can be used for variety of processes like turning, milling, grinding, drawing, polishing washing, and more.
