IFDR’s are uncomplicated yet highly effective solutions which operate on the simple and obvious premise of processing the whole metalworking fluid volume to remove finer metal particles which form sludge in machine sumps and tramp oil before returning clean fluid to the machine tool, where it can continue to deliver optimum performance. The cleaner the metalworking fluid being delivered to the cutting zone, the greater the machining performance and lower the cost per part.
