Riding the BUSS

The "Sumpvac?"  That wins the 2013 MWFMAG Award for the Dumbest New Product Name.  In legal terms, the name is generic, since all such machines are known as 'sump vacuums.'  It is especially weak for such a beastly looking machine.  I'm going to rename this for you.  From now on, this is "THE BUSS" for 'Big Ugly Shit Sucker' or 'Sump Sucker' - which ever you prefer.  We've even provided the promotional photo on the left.  Whatever you call it, the BUSS is a great idea.  It's a combination portable sump cleaner and reconditioning unit manufactured by Ajantha Lufttechnik.  It collects used metalworking fluid from the sump, filters it and returns it back to the tank. If I understand it correctly, this gives your BUSS-boy a chance to properly clean out the sump while the fluid gets cleaned by the BUSS.  Cleaning the sump is CRITICAL so if you're not doing it's because you haven't taken the STLE Metalworking Fluid Course yet.  Ajantha Lufttechnik claims to complete 200 ltrs of tank cleaning just in ten minutes.  That's faster than you can properly clean the sump in my experience.  The portable unit is equipped with a turbine blower to ensure trouble free and continuous operation. It can also be used for removal of swarf, slurry and deposits from machine tool beds, trays, sumps and cleaning of surrounding areas. I am told that they are eager to trade internationally and explore business opportunities, so the door is open for you.  If your looking for a sump sucker / reconditioning unit, try this machine out.  Drop us a line and let us know how it performs.  Located in India?  Save money on shipping.  Saddle-up that bad boy and ride the BUSS home.

Guys, next time move the bucket before you take your product picture.
