TULSA, OK—  On December 7th, BlackHawk Industrial, a Midwest US distributor of industrial supplies, announced the acquisition of three businesses, including: Tool Service Corporation, Tool Fabrication Corporation, and Fluid Services Corporation.  Fluid Services Corporation is based in Janesville, Wisconsin, and is a provider of turn-key fluid management programs designed to generate cost savings to metalworking customers.  They have been in business since 1985, and offer metalworking fluid management services, including waste management.
