Otten as Midwest Regional Engineering & Sales Manager.  In this new position Neal is responsible for selling and servicing the entire HIRSCHMANN product line in the Midwest states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas.
