The Fluidcontrol Onsite Management Services Group is a service division of Solution Recovery Service (SRS), which provides a broad range of on-site management services to meet the specific needs of manufacturing industry.   For more than ten years Fluidcontrol Group has been meeting the challenges of the changing and dynamic manufacturing industry.  The group has evolved by providing its clients with a comprehensive set of on-site management services and programs insuring that our clients exceed their manufacturing goals and objectives.  As a non-chemical manufacturer, SRS remains committed to providing a fair and unbiased approach to your chemical selection and management process.

Service Offered

Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain Management

The SRS provides a full procurement program without changing your current chemicals or suppliers, services include:

• Consolidation of chemicals and chemical suppliers as needed.
• Inventory management and control to include procurement.
• Incoming quality control of chemicals purchased.
• Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) management and oversight.

Chemical Selection and Evaluation

Fluidcontrol Services Group is able to provide total fluid management without changing chemicals or chemical suppliers. With no direct relationship to any fluid manufacturer, we provide you with an unbiased approach to the evaluation, selection, and management of fluids. We evaluate not only the chemistry, but also the effects on all related processes in order to achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per unit.   All chemical manufactures and the products recommended are put through a rigorous prequalification process insuring they meet or exceed both our and your standards before any product arrives at the plant.

Engineered Process Improvements

We understand how fluids impact your processes. We work with you to maximize production while lowering operating and processing costs. Our engineers use our unique Opportunity Matrix project tracking system to enable us to identify, track, and validate those areas within your facility that can produce additional cost savings, process improvements, or improvements in environmental, health, and safety.          

Advanced Data Collection and Management

Our proprietary iFluid Wizard™ software program provides an unheard of level of organization and reporting capabilities for both water and oil-based fluids. Software features include:

• Removing human error while maintaining complex chemistries
• Provides detailed and precise dilution control and chemical analysis data
• MSDS storage and retrieval
• Trend analysis by machine
• Process control graphs and summaries       

Purification and Contamination Control Technology

SRS leads the industry in manufacturing and implementing purification equipment.  We process in excess of 3 million gallons of fluid per day throughout North America.    Our SR Series purification modules are specified by most of the major filtration manufactures and used by all the major domestic automotive powertrian plants.

Target Zero Disposal Programs

By implementing our proven Fluidcontrol Services program with our purification separation technologies we are able to reduce total offsite disposal by an average 85%. In most cases we can GUARANTEE zero disposal of water-based fluids. At some facilities, we are able to achieve 100% reduction in off-site disposal of fluids by incorporating our target zero programs.
