Monitoring and record keeping is key to healthy metalworking fluid, it’s no more a secret.  But the challenge is executing.  As a shop manager I have thousands of things to do. Shall I concentrate on my core job of machining components or keep checking and recording concentration, pH, hardness, and what ever else the fluid manufacturer tells me to do.
