HELIX is a consultative selling and management development program created by Frost & Sullivan in collaboration with Houghton. The program was adopting standard sales processes, tools and systems and ultimately improving gross margins by selling higher value products and services. They could not only increase customer satisfaction but also increased gross margins by up to four times the original target.

A team of folks at Rhenus Lub in Germany provided Metalworking Fluid Magazine with the solution to our mystery question of October, and are the winners of a free one-year subscription to our magazine!
