Each year, STLE's annual meeting is known for its exceptional technical content. With over 400 technical-paper presentations to choose from, a major concern for attendees is scheduling conflicts, as they sometimes miss presentations that they would like to hear or cannot share the contents with their colleagues who are unable to attend the meeting.

In an effort to provide attendees with the opportunity of not missing a presentation, we encourage speakers to submit an optional 2-3 page Extended Abstract or provide digital copies of their presentation slides. Extended Abstracts or presentation slides must be converted as PDFs before submission to STLE.

To participate, we request the following materials:

1. Click here to complete the Extended Abstract Submission Form (Note: Make sure to include your exact presentation title, technical track or category and keywords from your original abstract).

2. Create a brief 2-3 page summary of your presentation (Click here for sample template). Digital copies of presentation slides may also be included with the Extended Abstract.

3. Convert your Extended Abstract and/or presentation slides (if available) as a PDF attachment and email to: presentations@stle.org.

We suggest that speakers submit their Extended Abstracts or presentation slides before Thursday, April 30 to ensure materials are available to attendees before the meeting. We realize speakers might still be working on their presentations before they arrive, so Extended Abstracts or presentation slides may also be submitted any time after April 30, as well as during and immediately following the meeting to allow attendees to benefit from your presentation. This year, STLE 2015 presentations will be accessible to download online at www.stle.org for all annual meeting attendees.

If you have questions or need assistance with submitting your presentation, please email kphipps@stle.org
